Our CrossFit Foundation Course is extremely valuable for anyone new to CrossFit and covers many of the foundational movements required for you to maximize your understanding, fun and enjoyment of our regular classes. Done in an intimate group setting, you'll have plenty of facetime with your coach and technical guidance for bodyweight movements, barbell and gymnastics.
