For all those new to CrossFit, this is highly recommended. You will have access to 2x Foundation sessions where the barbell and gymnastics will be broken down for you in a small group setting and a scaled workout based on your fitness level. You will then gain access to 1 week of CrossFit Unlimited in our mainstream classes.
